Smart Finance APP News, China Water Industry Group (01129.HK) announced that on September 26, 2025, the company (as the buyer) entered into two non-legally binding Memorandums of Understanding with Seller A (Zhang Zhilang) and Seller B (Li Xueying) regarding the possible acquisition of all limited partnership interests of the target limited partnership (Zhejiang Free Trade Zone Shanxing Enterprise Management Consulting Limited Partnership); and with Seller C (Beijing Kangyun Information Consulting Center Limited Partnership) regarding the possible acquisition of 1% equity of the target company (Beijing Suishenbao Dian Information Technology Co., Ltd).
