WuXi AppTec (02359): The investment fund's general partners have unanimously decided to liquidate the assets of the investment in Huaping Health Industry Investment (Wuxi Yixing) partnership enterprise.

Wisdom Financial APP News, WuXi AppTec (02359) announced that on October 20, 2023, its wholly-owned subsidiary WuXi AppTec Phase I Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership) ("WuXi Phase I") signed a limited partnership agreement with Shanghai Huaping Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. and other partners, stipulating that WuXi Phase I will subscribe for investment fund shares of Huaping Health Industry Investment (Wuxi Yixing) Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) ("Investment Fund") not exceeding 600 million RMB.
