Hongfuhang announcement: the company plans to sign the "Kamoa Mining 30MW Digital Energy Photovoltaic Energy Storage Power Station Project Investment Cooperation Agreement" with Green World Energie SARL and Socit de Dveloppement du Commerce et de Construction SARL, to invest in and construct a photovoltaic energy storage power station project in Luabala Province, Congo. The total investment in the project is approximately 1.41 billion RMB, with the company investing no more than 1.128 billion RMB and GW company investing no more than 0.282 billion RMB. The project construction period is expected to be completed by May 30, 2026, and connected to the grid by July 31, 2026. During the 15-year operation period, the project is expected to generate an annual operating income of 357 million RMB, with an average annual total profit of 216 million RMB, an average annual net profit of 213 million RMB, an average gross profit margin of 69.27%, and an average net profit margin of 59.67%.
