According to the Zh tng cijng APP, data from the Statistics and Census Service of Macau shows that in August 2025, the total value of goods exported and imported in Macau was 1.29 billion yuan respectively, and 9.85 billion yuan, down by 2.3% and 6.1% year-on-year; the trade deficit in goods was 8.56 billion yuan.
