China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Financial Markets Authority of New Zealand have updated and signed the "Memorandum of Understanding on Securities and Futures Regulation Cooperation".
On September 25, 2025, Li Chao, Vice Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and Samantha Bals of the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority, signed a new Memorandum of Understanding on Securities and Futures Regulatory Cooperation in Auckland, New Zealand, representing a new stage in cooperation between regulatory agencies in China and New Zealand.
