The company was established in December 2020 and its business scope includes investing in the electricity supply industry, providing power generation technical services, energy management services, electrical equipment repair, research and development of carbon reduction, carbon conversion, carbon capture, and carbon storage technologies, as well as power generation, transmission, and supply business. Shareholder information indicates that the company is fully owned by CNOOC Energy Investment Group Limited.
