Zhixin Finance APP News, Honghong Service (06093.HK) announced that, starting from September 26, 2025, Dr. Li Yongrui has resigned as an independent non-executive director and no longer serves as the chairman of the nomination committee and remuneration committee; Dr. Chen Lei has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee and chairman of the remuneration committee; Mr. Qian Hongji has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee; and Ms. Hu Hongfang has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee.
