China Everbright Holdings (00165) has entered into underwriting agreements with China Everbright Bank and China Everbright Securities for the proposed issuance of debt financing instruments.

The Zhitong Financial APP reported that China Everbright Holdings (00165) announced that it has applied to the Securities Dealers Association to register a company proposal to issue a total amount of debt financing tools not exceeding RMB 20 billion in various varieties. On September 26, 2025, the company has separately entered into underwriting agreements with Everbright Bank and Everbright Securities (a total of two underwriting agreements). Accordingly, the company has appointed Everbright Bank and Everbright Securities as the main underwriters for the proposed debt financing tools issuance.
