Haitai Development: Subsidiary signs 440 million yuan real estate transaction contract.

Haitai Development announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Haitai Creative Park, has signed a "Real Estate Transaction Contract" with Bocheng Development. Haitai Creative Park will sell all the properties of its independently developed Haitai Creative E Harbor project to Bocheng Development for a price of 440 million yuan. Bocheng Development will pay the first installment of 99.9702 million yuan to Haitai Creative Park before September 30, 2025, and the remaining payment of 340 million yuan before December 31, 2025. This transaction is expected to increase the total profit for the year 2025 by approximately 62.858 million yuan.
