Zhtng Cijng APP News, Dongxing Medical (301290.SZ) announced that the company plans to purchase 90% of the equity of Wuhan Yijiabao Bio-materials Co., Ltd. ("Wuhan Yijiabao") in cash. If this transaction can be successfully implemented, Wuhan Yijiabao will become a subsidiary of the company. According to preliminary research and calculations, this transaction is expected to constitute a major asset restructuring as stipulated in the "Management Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies".
