Gansu Province local standard "Evaluation Standard for Good House Residence" published

The local standard "Residential Evaluation Standard for Good Houses" organized by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Gansu Province was officially released recently, accelerating the construction of "good houses" and comprehensively improving the quality of housing. The standard innovatively adopts a three-level evaluation mechanism of "control items + scoring items + bonus items," setting up three evaluation levels from one star to three stars to strengthen the guidance on the comprehensive performance of residential buildings. Among them, the control items are the basic evaluation conditions, the scoring items focus on modern residential concepts such as green, healthy, and smart living, and the bonus items encourage technological innovation and integrated application, aiming to systematically promote the high-quality development of residential construction.
