Long Shenrong announced on September 26th that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from the Chief Financial Officer, Zhao Zhengcai. Zhao Zhengcai applied to resign from the positions of Chief Financial Officer of the company and Chief Financial Officer of the subsidiary Gansu Pharmaceutical Group Operations Co., Ltd. due to a job adjustment. After resigning, Zhao Zhengcai will be employed by the controlling shareholder of the company and will no longer hold any administrative positions in the company or its subsidiaries. The resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the Board of Directors. On the same day, the company held the twenty-first meeting of the fifth Board of Directors and approved the proposal to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer. Xiao Rong was nominated by the company's General Manager, reviewed and approved by the company's Board of Directors Nomination Committee and Audit Committee, and approved by the Board of Directors. Xiao Rong will be appointed as Chief Financial Officer for the term from the date of approval by this Board of Directors meeting to the expiration of the fifth term of the Board of Directors.
