CITIC Securities conducted a verification of the resignation of Wang Gang, a core technical staff member of Zhonggang Luonai. Wang Gang resigned for personal reasons, has completed work handover, no longer holds positions in the company or its subsidiaries, and does not directly hold shares. The projects he was involved in have been handed over, without affecting the R&D process. Intellectual property rights belong to the company, with no disputes. He has signed confidentiality and non-compete agreements, and no violations have been found. As of June 30, 2025, the company has 318 R&D personnel, accounting for 12.17%.
