According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Guangzhou Kaicheng Zhufeng Investment Co., Ltd. was established, with Han Xuexiao as the legal representative and a registered capital of 207 million yuan. Its business scope includes: non-residential real estate leasing; housing leasing; property management; consulting and planning services; and investment activities with self-owned funds. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Guangzhou Development Zone Urban Development Group Co., Ltd. and China Communications Construction Group subsidiary China Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd.
