Leadership change in Merck Group

According to information from Merck Group, as of May 1, 2026, the current CEO of the electronic business at Merck Group, Bill Kang Ming, will succeed Grace Hsu as the Chairman and CEO of the Board of Directors. Grace Hsu will complete her term at the end of April 2026 as planned to ensure a smooth transition of management. She has been with Merck for 15 years, including 6 years as the CEO of the healthcare business.
