Jingsheng Electromechanical: The first 12-inch silicon carbide substrate processing trial line has been officially opened.

According to Jingsheng Mechanical and Electrical News, on September 26, the first trial production line of 12-inch silicon carbide substrates officially started operation at Zhejiang Jingrui SuperSiC, a subsidiary of Jingsheng Mechanical and Electrical Company. With this, Zhejiang Jingrui SuperSiC has achieved independent research and development of a full line of equipment from crystal growth, processing to testing, achieving 100% localization.
