The "Action Plan" proposes that by 2030, the supply mechanism of ordinary high school education resources adapted to the continuous growth of school-age population will be further improved, and the layout of ordinary high schools in counties will be more reasonable; the governance capacity and level of education will be significantly improved, the coordination mechanism for the coordinated development of basic education in urban and rural areas will be more perfect, the development gap of ordinary high schools within the city will be significantly reduced, and the basic formation of a pattern of diverse development with high-quality characteristics will be established, effectively promoting urban-rural integration and development.
