On September 26th, Universal Music Greater China announced the appointment of Cora Lam as the Head of Legal and Business Affairs for Greater China. This appointment is effective immediately. Lam will report directly to Timothy Xu, Chairman and CEO of Universal Music Greater China. In this newly created position, Lam will be responsible for all legal and business affairs in Greater China, including commercial and corporate operations. Prior to joining Universal Music Greater China, Lam served as the General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs for Warner Music Asia.
