Relevant departments in Chongqing are studying policies and measures to stimulate the demand for improved housing and increase the supply of high-quality housing, and the policies to be introduced later will be uniformly released on the official website. Chengdu will promote the balance of supply and demand in a classified way according to the different regions, accelerate land supply in the 5+2 regions where the market is hot and there is a shortage of housing stock, and continue to promote the landing of supporting resources such as quality education and medical care in the emerging seven districts with insufficient attraction for rigid demand, promoting the transfer of rigid demand from second-hand housing to new housing in the emerging seven districts. Foshan will study policies to consolidate the stable trend of the real estate market and continue to vigorously promote the stabilization of the real estate market. Nanjing will timely optimize relevant policy measures based on market conditions and increase the diversified supply of "good houses". Zhuhai will scientifically formulate the "15th Five-Year" housing development plan, further solidifying the confidence and expectations of various stakeholders in the development of the real estate.
