Jingchen announced in the morning of September 26 that the company had submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 25, 2025 for the issuance of overseas listed shares and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and the application materials for this issuance and listing were posted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website on the same day.
