Alibaba: Shareholders meeting approves the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor.

On the morning of September 26th, Alibaba announced the voting results of the 2025 annual shareholders' meeting on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Among them, it approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhongtian Certified Public Accountants LLP and KPMG Certified Public Accountants LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firms in the United States and Hong Kong, respectively, and their remuneration will be determined by the board of directors.
