The 24th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 16th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress reviewed and voted on personnel appointments and removals today: Decided to remove Liu Duo from the position of Deputy Mayor of Shanghai; decided to remove Zhang Ying as Director of the Shanghai Economic and Information Commission; decided to remove Jiang Rui from the position of Director of the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau; decided to remove Yan Bo from the position of Director of the Shanghai Ecological Environment Bureau; approved the appointment of Han Konglin as the Procurator General of the Fengxian District People's Procuratorate.
