According to the announcement, Shanghai Fangyi Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership holds 4.437 million shares, accounting for 3.6975% of the total shares. The company plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding from October 27, 2025 to January 26, 2026, with a maximum reduction of 1.2 million shares, accounting for 1% of the total share capital. The reduction price shall not be lower than the issuance price after adjustment for ex-rights and dividends.
