Zhixin Finance APP news, China Taiping (00966.HK) announced that Ms. Na Yanfang has been appointed as an executive director of the company and a member of the nomination remuneration committee, risk management committee, and strategic and investment committee, and Mr. Chairman Yin Zhaojun will no longer serve as a member of the company's nomination remuneration committee, effective from September 25, 2025.
