Source Universe Education: Expected net loss of HKD 51.65 million in the first half of 2025.

Cosmic Education Announcement: The company expects to record a loss attributable to owners of the company of not less than approximately HK$51.65 million for the year ending June 30, 2025, while the loss attributable to owners of the company for the same period in 2024 was approximately HK$27.56 million. The expected loss is mainly due to an impairment loss of approximately HK$13.15 million, impairment losses on trade receivables and contract assets of approximately HK$22.52 million, and impairment losses on loan receivables of approximately HK$8.08 million.
