Agricultural Bank: No longer set up the board of supervisors.

Agricultural Bank's announcement: The company's shareholders' meeting in 2024 approved the proposal of "China Agricultural Bank Limited Liability Company to no longer establish a Supervisory Board" and its amendment. From the date of approval of the revised articles of association, the company will no longer set up a Supervisory Board, and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors will exercise the powers of the Supervisory Board. Ms. Deng Lijuan, Mr. Huang Tao, Mr. Wang Xuejun, Ms. Liu Hongxia, Mr. Xu Xianglin, and Mr. Wang Xixin will no longer serve as supervisors.
