COSCO Shipping: Delivers 175,000 cubic meter LNG carrier.

China Merchants Shipping Announcement: On September 24, 2025, the company received a 175,000 cubic meter large liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier "Haiyun" in Dalian. This is the first of the two energy-saving and environmentally friendly LNG carriers ordered by the company in 2022. The vessel adopts the latest international design concept, equipped with a new type of LNG dual-fuel low-speed main engine, integrated with ICER system, meeting the highest emission standards of the International Maritime Organization. The liquid cargo tank uses the GTT Mark III Flex containment system scheme, with a daily evaporation rate of only 0.085%. This delivery marks a milestone in the development of China Merchants Shipping's LNG transportation business, supporting the stable development of the company's dual-core business. As of the announcement date, the company's LNG transportation sector manages and operates 27 vessels, with 37 vessels on order.
