If any related matters occur in the future, the company will fulfill its disclosure obligations in a timely manner in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Currently, the cooperation between the company and Lingxin Qiaoshou in terms of business mainly involves jointly establishing a "High-performance Materials Joint Laboratory" and conducting comprehensive cooperation around the development of new materials, process optimization, and the application of robot structural components.
