According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, Guoneng Guoheng New Energy Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes construction engineering, installation, maintenance, and testing of power transmission, distribution, and consumption facilities. The equity penetration displayed on Enterprise Check App shows that the company is jointly held by State Power Investment Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary State Power Investment Corporation Limited and others.
