Wisdom News Finance APP, Dream East (00593.HK) announced that the Tangshan Intermediate People's Court of Hebei Province has issued a judgment on September 10, 2025, approving the application of Dream East Entertainment (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (Dream East Entertainment), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, to revoke an unauthorized shareholder change of Tianyang Real Estate (Qian'an) Co., Ltd. (Tianyang Qian'an).
