On September 23, Chen Gang, Party Secretary of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Autonomous Region People's Congress, as well as Wei Tao, Chairman of the Autonomous Region, met separately with Gong Qihuang, President of Peking University, and Li Luming, President of Tsinghua University, in Nanning.
