Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited issued $2.9 billion US dollars of preferred shares overseas on September 23, 2020, and on August 15, 2025, released the "Announcement of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited on the Redemption of Overseas US Dollar Preferred Shares". After redeeming and canceling the aforementioned overseas US dollar preferred shares on the redemption date, the bank has no issued US dollar preferred shares overseas. Therefore, the bank has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the delisting of the relevant overseas US dollar preferred shares. The delisting of the aforementioned overseas US dollar preferred shares will take effect after 16:00 on September 24, 2025, Beijing time.
