Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited issued $2.9 billion in preference shares overseas on September 23, 2020, and released the "Announcement of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited on the Redemption of Overseas US Dollar Preference Shares" on August 15, 2025. After redeeming and cancelling the aforementioned overseas US dollar preference shares on the redemption date, the bank does not have any outstanding US dollar preference shares overseas. Therefore, the bank has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to delist the relevant overseas US dollar preference shares. The delisting of the aforementioned overseas US dollar preference shares will take effect after 16:00 on September 24, 2025 Beijing time.
