According to Wind data, as of now, the total number of fund managers in the entire market has reached 4,073. Among them, there are 1,491 fund managers with less than 3 years of investment experience, accounting for 36.61%; 488 fund managers with more than 10 years of investment experience, only accounting for 12% of the total number, and only 224 veterans with more than 12 years of experience remaining. 362 new fund managers have taken office this year, continuing to reshape the structure of fund managers.
