Jiunsheng Electronics announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Junzhi Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. has participated in the establishment of the second phase of the Service Trade Innovation Development Guidance Fund with an investment of 300 million yuan, which has now been successfully filed. The fund is managed by China Merchants Capital Management Co., Ltd. as the general partner and fund manager, with the company's investment amount accounting for 3% of the total capital of the fund. The fund has been successfully filed with the Asset Management Association of China, with the filing code as SBGB42.
