Golden Profits Technology and other companies have established a new company in Shenzhen, which includes business related to offshore wind power generation.

According to the Qi Cha Cha APP, Shenzhen Jin Xuan Wind Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Liu Yongping as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes wind power generation technology services; sales of wind power generation units and components; sales of offshore wind power generation units; battery manufacturing; and battery sales. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qi Cha Cha, the company is jointly owned by Shenzhen Jin Yi Smart City Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jin Yi Technology, and Xuan Tie Wind Energy (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd.
