On September 24, Alibaba Group CEO and Chairman of Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Group, Simon Hu, stated in his speech at the Yunqi Conference that achieving Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) is now a deterministic event, but this is just the beginning. The ultimate goal is to develop a super Artificial Super Intelligence (ASI) that can self-iterate and surpass humans in all aspects. The path to super artificial intelligence is divided into three stages: 1. Emergent Intelligence - AI learns human knowledge and acquires general intelligence through learning; 2. "Autonomous Action" - AI masters tool usage and programming capabilities to "assist humans," which is the stage the industry is currently in; 3. "Self-iteration" - AI achieves autonomous learning by connecting to the full range of original data in the physical world and ultimately can "surpass humans."
