China Galaxy Securities research report stated that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, along with five other departments, recently issued the "Work Plan for Stabilizing Growth in the Steel Industry", with the plan establishing "precise control of production capacity and output" and "industry transformation and upgrading" as the industry's future key development directions. China Galaxy Securities believes that, against the backdrop of continued progress in "anti-inner loop" on the supply side, the steel industry's production capacity will continue to concentrate towards high-quality leading companies, with a focus on industry segment leaders and performance improvement.
