Xinqiang Union: September 25th is the last trading day for "Qianglian Convertible Bonds".

The announcement by Xin Qiang Lian on the morning of September 24th stated that September 25th is the last trading day for "Qiang Lian Convertible Bonds". On that day, the "Qiang Lian Convertible Bonds" will be referred to as "ZL Convertible Bonds". After the market closes on September 25th, trading of "Qiang Lian Convertible Bonds" will be suspended. September 30th is the last conversion date for "Qiang Lian Convertible Bonds". On that day before the market closes, investors holding "Qiang Lian Convertible Bonds" can still convert them. After the market closes on September 30th, any remaining "Qiang Lian Convertible Bonds" that have not been converted will be forcibly redeemed at a price of 100.99 yuan per bond. If forcibly redeemed, investors may face losses.
