Macau has issued a typhoon signal number 10.

Affected by the super typhoon "Hato", the Macao Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau has issued a typhoon signal number 10. The bureau stated that "Hato" continues to move in a northwesterly direction and is expected to pass within 100 kilometers of Macao, near the Pearl River Estuary. Due to the impact of the core circulation of "Hato", there will be strong winds, heavy rain, and thunderstorms. In the next few hours, the wind force in Macao will reach level 12 hurricane or above, so the typhoon signal number 10 will be maintained for some time.
