The national headquarters office of the State Administration for Comprehensive Disaster Reduction has allocated central emergency rescue and disaster relief supplies to Guangdong to support efforts in flood prevention and typhoon preparedness.

On September 23, at the request of the Guangdong Provincial Flood Control, Drought Relief, and Wind Control Headquarters, the National Office of Flood Control and Drought Relief, in conjunction with the National Grain and Material Reserve Bureau, urgently allocated more than 1700 pieces of central emergency rescue and disaster relief materials, including woven bags, laminated woven fabric, foldable metal mesh cages, rescue boats, generators, drainage equipment, lighting equipment, and other items, to support Guangdong Province in its flood and typhoon prevention work.
