The source of the company's employee stock ownership plan shares is the company's repurchased A-share common stock in a special account. The total size of the shares to be transferred shall not exceed 4.6982 million shares, with a transfer price of 2.61 yuan per share. The duration of this employee stock ownership plan is 36 months, starting from the date of the last transfer of the underlying stock to the name of this employee stock ownership plan as announced by the company. If the plan is not extended at the end of the duration, it will terminate automatically.
