Cloud Map Holdings: Intends to invest in Shenglong Mining for cooperative development of Erba Phosphorus-Lead-Zinc Mine.

On September 23rd, Cloud Atlas Holdings announced that in order to further increase their reserve of phosphate resources, the company plans to increase their capital by 49 million RMB to acquire a 49% stake in Sichuan Mabian Shenglong Mining Co., Ltd. Using Shenglong Mining as the implementing entity, they will cooperate in developing the Erba phosphate lead-zinc mine located in Mabian Yi Autonomous County, Leshan City, Sichuan. The Erba phosphate lead-zinc mine has an estimated phosphate ore reserve of approximately 29.271 million tons, with an average grade of P2O5 at 23.37%, and a mining scale of 500,000 tons per year. Additionally, in order to support Shenglong Mining in obtaining the Erba phosphate lead-zinc mine and meeting their fund requirements for resuming production, and to accelerate the cooperation and development process in phosphate mining, the company plans to provide a loan to Shenglong Mining of not more than 500 million RMB, based on their 49% ownership stake, with a term not exceeding 5 years, and an interest rate based on the 5-year LPR loan rate.
