Fancy year: About 84% of creditors holding existing notes have joined the restructuring support agreement.

Fancy Year announced in a submission to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that approximately 84% of existing noteholders and approximately 74% of existing debt holders have joined the restructuring support agreement.
