After this equity change, HuaXi Xinyu and its concerted action persons collectively hold 289 million shares of the company, accounting for 60.01% of the total share capital of the company. The increase plan will last for 6 months from August 8, 2025, with a minimum increase amount of 200 million yuan and a maximum of 300 million yuan.
