The company has conducted a verification of the trading of stocks of relevant entities in this transaction, and based on the self-examination report and related statements issued by the relevant entities, the trading behavior of the verification object in buying or transferring stocks of listed companies during the self-examination period does not constitute insider trading using insider information of this transaction, and there are no substantial legal obstacles to this transaction; other insiders included in the verification of this transaction have not traded stocks of listed companies using insider information of this transaction in the secondary market during the self-examination period, except for the above-mentioned situation.
