Lakala announced that Lenovo Holdings reduced its holdings of the company's shares by 8,078,100 shares during the period from August 19, 2025 to September 22, 2025, with a reduction ratio of 1.03%. After the reduction, Lenovo Holdings' shareholding ratio decreased from 25.00% to 23.97%. This reduction is in line with its previously disclosed reduction plan and will not result in a change in the company's control.
