The Zhtng Financial News APP reported that Chabaida (02555) issued an announcement stating that Mr. Li Zhongcheng (Mr. Li) has resigned as the joint company secretary of the company; as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Listing Rules); and as the representative of the company authorized to receive legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong in accordance with Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong, effective from September 23, 2025.
