Vicino announcement, the company has signed the "Kunshan Global New Display Industry Innovation Center Project Investment Cooperation Agreement" with Kunshan Weixin Joint Investment Limited. Both parties will collaborate to invest in the construction of the Kunshan Global New Display Industry Innovation Center project, with a total planned investment of approximately 5 billion yuan. The project company will have a registered capital of 2 billion yuan, with Vicino and its designated entities contributing 1.002 billion yuan, accounting for 50.1%; Kunshan Weixin and its designated entities contributing 998 million yuan, accounting for 49.9%. After this capital increase, Suzhou Guoxian will remain a controlling subsidiary included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
