Ford China announces the establishment of a wholly-owned Ford sales and service company.

On September 23, Ford Motor Company announced the establishment of Ford Motor Sales and Service Co., Ltd. in Shanghai. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Ford, it will be responsible for the overall management of Ford brand passenger cars and pickup trucks in the Chinese market, including marketing, sales, and service operations. Chen Xiaobo will officially join Ford China as the President of Ford Sales and Service Company, reporting to Ford China and Ford International Markets Group President and CEO Wu Shengbo. It is understood that Ford Sales and Service Company will officially start operations on October 1, 2025.
